As a Gold Seal Certified HypnoBirthing Educator, affiliated with HypnoBirthing International, I share the immense benefits Hypnobirthing classes offer to everyone expecting a baby. My mission is to help create positive birthing stories for the next generation. The cultural stories we share create our realities.
I hold a Specialization BA in Cultural Anthropology (minor in First Nations Studies) and an Interdisciplinary Master's degree in Environment and Sustainability from Western University. Many friends and colleagues refer to me as an "Earth Mama." In 2025, I completed the Banimen Cultural Safety Training with the Ontario Native Women's Association. I hold a current Red Cross First Aid/CPR Certificate and an LPD Vulnerable Person's Police Check.
I continuously practice regenerative urban agriculture, seed saving, herbalism, cooking, and homesteading. I frequently facilitate workshops focused on sustainability and community resilience.
