Linda Lamont is the Founder of White Willow Automations, a business automation and AI solutions company based in Strathroy, Ontario. Before entering the tech and automation space, Linda built a 35-year career as a Registered Nurse at London Health Sciences Centre, where she dedicated herself to patient care and leadership in high-pressure environments.
Her interest in marketing began over a decade ago when she started creating websites and Facebook ads for small businesses. That early work expanded into building chatbots and automations, eventually leading her to launch White Willow Automations. Today, she helps businesses streamline operations, reduce manual workload, and boost sales using AI-driven voice and chat systems.
Linda has also designed and executed marketing campaigns for municipal, provincial, and federal elections, producing graphics, signage, websites, and advertising materials. Her work blends creativity, strategy, and a deep understanding of how people connect and communicate.
In addition to her business, Linda serves as Secretary on the Strathroy Chamber of Commerce Board and will soon transition to the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her family’s 180-year-old farm and values time spent with her husband and four grown children.
