Megan holds 23 years of experience across many agencies and organizations include her current role as the Clinical Lead in Ontario for Life Support Mental Health. Megan is also the owner of Wellnessnium Training Inc. where she provides online and in person training in the areas of resiliency, compassion fatigue, change burnout, Trauma Informed Care, and many others. Megan is an award winning post secondary instructor, winning awards both Canada-wide, as well as international recognition for her excellence in instruction for addictions and mental health.
